Before you email
- Didn't get your download? Check your spam folder first — the link comes from Shopify, not from me.
- LUT looks wrong? Most of the time it's a Rec.709 / LOG setting. The install guide in every pack covers it.
- Need a re-download? Just ask. Your purchase is yours forever.
